These terms cover your use of saadict.com. They are deliberately short and readable. They do not govern project work that is set out in a separate written agreement.
01Accepting these terms
By browsing this website or sending us an enquiry through it, you accept the terms on this page. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
02What this site is
saadict.com is an informational website for SAAD ICT, a software company in Mogadishu, Somalia. It describes what we build, shows selected work, and gives you ways to get in touch. It is not a client portal and no part of it processes payments.
03Enquiries are not a contract
Submitting the contact or service-request form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige us to take on the work, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Any engagement begins only when both sides sign a written agreement covering scope, timeline, price and responsibilities.
04Information on this site
We keep descriptions of our services, projects and capabilities accurate and current, but the site is provided for general information. Timelines, feature lists and indicative figures are illustrative and will be confirmed in a proposal. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
05Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to breach or probe its security, submit automated or bulk enquiries, send anything malicious, scrape it systematically, misrepresent who you are, or use the forms to distribute spam or unlawful material. We rate-limit submissions and may block sources that abuse them.
06Content you send us
You keep ownership of everything you send through the forms. You confirm you are entitled to share it, and you give us permission to use it for the sole purpose of assessing and responding to your enquiry. Please do not send confidential material before we have a confidentiality agreement in place if the discussion needs it, ask and we will put one in place first.
07Our content and brand
The design, text, code and layout of this site belong to SAAD ICT and are protected by copyright. You may read, share and link to the pages. You may not copy the site's design or substantial parts of its content to build a competing site, or present our work as your own. Client names, logos and product names belong to their respective owners and appear here as a record of work delivered.
08Links to other sites
Project entries link to live client websites and systems. Those are run by other organizations under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data.
09Availability
We aim to keep the site available and correct, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may take it down for maintenance or change it without notice.
10Liability
To the extent the law allows, SAAD ICT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability under a signed project agreement is governed by that agreement.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Somalia, and disputes relating to this website fall to the courts of Mogadishu. Where a project agreement specifies a different forum, that agreement takes precedence for matters arising under it.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The current version always sits on this page with its date, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
